1. Accessibility commitment
VIS Projectes 81, SL is committed to making NEXT>HOME’s website perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, and to continuous improvement so it can be used by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or device.
2. Reference standard
The review uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable requirements of UNE-EN 301549:2022 as references. This statement does not claim external certification or complete AA conformance.
3. Compliance status
The website partially complies with the reviewed criteria. The review covered colour contrast, heading structure, visible focus, keyboard navigation, form labels, image alternatives, the language selector, mobile menu, error and confirmation messages, and touch target adaptation.
Complete AA conformance is not claimed because no external certification or exhaustive test has been completed across every browser, operating system and screen-reader combination.
4. Measures implemented
- Skip-to-content link and a coherent reading order.
- Visible focus and keyboard access for links, buttons, menus, language controls and forms.
- Associated labels, identified required fields, and announceable status and error messages.
- Text alternatives for informative images and decorative treatment where images add no information.
- Stronger text/background contrast and responsive desktop and mobile layouts.
- Content language identified and language changes that preserve the open legal page.
- Appropriately sized primary touch controls and support for reduced-motion preferences.
5. Inaccessible or out-of-scope content
Some content or interfaces on linked external services, including Idealista, Google Maps and WhatsApp, are not controlled by VIS Projectes 81, SL and may provide a different level of accessibility.
Isolated issues may remain on assistive technologies or configurations not included in the review. A reported barrier will be assessed and corrected where reasonably possible.
