1. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small file a website sends to a browser and can later retrieve. localStorage and sessionStorage are different browser mechanisms: they can retain values on the device, but those values are not automatically sent with every request as cookies are.

3. Server-side technology
The website uses hosting infrastructure and a server-side database to publish content and privately retain submitted requirements. Server-side processing is not a cookie or localStorage value on the user’s device. Strictly necessary mechanisms used by infrastructure for security, load balancing or access control are not used to create advertising profiles.
4. External links and services
Links to Idealista, Google Maps and WhatsApp do not place those services’ cookies within NEXT>HOME before a click. The destination’s policies apply after following a link.
The immo-oferta.com valuation tool is embedded third-party content. Its iframe is not injected until external content is allowed. When loaded, the provider receives normal web-connection data —such as IP address, browser, device and referring page— and may use storage needed for the form. We do not assign cookie names or durations that the provider has not documented verifiably.
5. Consent and withdrawal
The tool remains blocked until external content is accepted. It can be rejected just as easily and the decision can later be changed below. Rejection does not prevent browsing NEXT>HOME or requesting a professional valuation.
Clearing this site’s browser data also removes the preference and it will be requested again.
6. Browser controls
Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari allow users to view, block and delete cookies and site data in privacy or settings. Blocking all strictly necessary mechanisms may affect access or some functions.
7. Google Ads and future changes
Google Ads tag AW-16467301583 is not active on this website. If added later, it will load once only, after advertising consent and with Google Consent Mode. No conversion will be sent merely for opening the tool or without a real, verifiable completion event.
Any other non-essential technology will be added to the inventory before activation and will be subject to equally accessible accept and reject choices.
