1. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small file a website sends to a browser and can later retrieve. localStorage and sessionStorage are different browser mechanisms: they can retain values on the device, but those values are not automatically sent with every request as cookies are.
2. Technologies currently used
With advertising consent, the OpenAI pixel receives the pixel ID, cookie identifiers and technical connection, browser and page data. On a WhatsApp click, the code sends the whatsapp_clicked event; this does not confirm that a message was sent. No contact data from forms is sent to OpenAI.
You can accept, reject or configure analytics and advertising separately. “Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the panel. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant measurement and deletes accessible _ga, _ga_*, __oppref and __obref cookies for the rejected categories. This does not erase data previously received with consent.

3. Server-side technology
The website uses hosting infrastructure and a server-side database to publish content and privately retain submitted requirements. Server-side processing is not a cookie or localStorage value on the user’s device. Strictly necessary mechanisms used by infrastructure for security, load balancing or access control are not used to create advertising profiles.
4. External links and services
The valuation tool is our own: it neither loads nor links to any external valuation service.
5. Consent and withdrawal
The valuation tool is NEXT>HOME’s own and can be used without accepting anything. To show the location of the chosen address, it loads the map from OpenFreeMap (an external map service), which receives the browser’s IP address and the map area. Visit analytics and advertising measurement are activated only with consent, which can be rejected just as easily and changed or withdrawn at any time from the settings. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing NEXT>HOME or requesting a professional valuation.

6. Browser controls
Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari allow users to view, block and delete cookies and site data in privacy or settings. Blocking all strictly necessary mechanisms may affect access or some functions.
7. Google Ads and future changes
Google Ads tag AW-16467301583 is not active on this website. If added later, it will load once only, after advertising consent and with Google Consent Mode. No conversion will be sent merely for opening the tool or without a real, verifiable completion event.
Any other non-essential technology will be added to the inventory before activation and will be subject to equally accessible accept and reject choices.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept visit analytics. It measures pages visited, traffic sources and contact clicks, and records a property search after the server confirms it has been saved. A WhatsApp, phone or email click is a contact attempt; it does not confirm a message was sent or a call took place.
Google may receive cookie identifiers and technical browser, device and connection data. NEXT>HOME code does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, comments or WhatsApp message text to Analytics. Automatic enhanced measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Loading is based on consent, separate from ChatGPT Ads measurement and the external valuation tool.
You can accept, reject or withdraw consent using Analytics and advertising settings. Your analytics choice expires after 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to last at most 180 days, without automatic renewal. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and deletes accessible analytics cookies on this subdomain; it does not erase data Google previously received with consent.
Metricool
Metricool measures website visits only with analytics consent. After loading be.js from tracker.metricool.com, we send one visit with the website’s public identifier. Metricool receives the page URL limited to known public routes without query strings or fragments, only the referrer origin, window dimensions and technical connection data. We do not add form fields. It does not load before acceptance or after rejection. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes the script tag; it cannot undo requests already sent or guarantee cancellation of an ongoing download. We do not attribute unverified cookies or retention periods to the provider.
